Customers purchasing access to DARe receive a limited licence to use the platform in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

This licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Without our prior written permission you must not:

• Copy the platform
• Copy reports
• Copy report layouts
• Copy methodologies
• Copy decision frameworks
• Copy prompts
• Reverse engineer the software
• Reverse engineer the DARe Property Knowledge Engine™
• Republish website content
• Resell reports
• Create derivative works
• Build competing software using DARe outputs
• Use DARe outputs to train artificial intelligence models
• Extract substantial portions of our databases
• Circumvent security or licensing mechanisms

The DARe Property Knowledge Engine™ incorporates proprietary methodologies developed by DARe-me Property Portfolio Ltd.

Users must not:

• Train competing AI systems using DARe reports or outputs
• Use generated Property Intelligence to recreate our reasoning process
• Extract prompts or workflows
• Attempt to replicate our analytical framework

Such activity constitutes unauthorised use of our intellectual property.

The following names, logos and brands are the property of DARe-me Property Portfolio Ltd and may be protected by trade mark law and common law rights:

• DARe
• DARe Property Knowledge Engine™
• Property Intelligence™ (subject to branding strategy and any future registration)
• Any associated logos, product names, service names and branding

The absence of a registered trade mark symbol does not imply that rights do not exist.

Users retain ownership of information they upload to the platform.

By uploading content, users grant DARe-me Property Portfolio Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that information solely for the purpose of:

• Providing the requested services
• Generating Property Intelligence
• Maintaining the platform
• Improving platform functionality (using anonymised or aggregated data where appropriate)

We do not claim ownership of user-submitted property information.

Where users voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas or feedback relating to DARe, they acknowledge that DARe-me Property Portfolio Ltd may use such feedback to improve the platform without any obligation to provide payment, attribution or compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The DARe platform may incorporate third-party open source software where appropriate.

Ownership of such software remains with the respective copyright holders and is governed by the applicable licence terms.

Nothing in this Notice transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property to DARe-me Property Portfolio Ltd.

DARe-me Property Portfolio Ltd actively protects its intellectual property.

Unauthorised use may result in:

• Suspension of user accounts
• Termination of subscriptions
• Removal of access
• Civil proceedings
• Claims for damages
• Recovery of legal costs
• Other remedies available under applicable law

Except for the limited licence expressly granted within our Terms & Conditions, no licence or right is granted in respect of any intellectual property owned by DARe-me Property Portfolio Ltd.
