1.Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") explains the standards expected of all users of the DARe platform.

It forms part of the Terms & Conditions and applies to every person who accesses or uses DARe.

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.

2.Purpose

DARe has been developed to provide Property Intelligence that supports better-informed property decisions.

To protect our users, our intellectual property and the integrity of the platform, certain activities are prohibited.

3.Lawful Use

You must only use DARe for lawful purposes.

5.Property Information

You must only upload information that:

  • you are legally entitled to use

  • does not infringe copyright or confidentiality obligations

You remain responsible for all information submitted to DARe.

6.Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • upload malicious software
  • upload viruses or ransomware
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access
  • interfere with the security of the platform
  • interfere with other users
  • overload the platform
  • perform denial-of-service attacks
  • scrape or harvest data
  • attempt to bypass security measures
  • impersonate another person or organisation

7.Artificial Intelligence

You must not use DARe to:

  • train competing AI systems
  • create competing Property Intelligence platforms
  • reproduce the DARe Property Knowledge Engine™
  • reverse engineer our methodologies
  • extract prompts or algorithms
  • systematically copy outputs

The DARe platform, reports, methodologies and generated Property Intelligence remain protected by intellectual property law.

8.Intellectual Property

You must not:

  • copy reports for resale
  • redistribute Property Intelligence
  • remove copyright notices
  • reproduce branding
  • copy source code
  • reproduce platform design
  • create derivative products based upon DARe without written permission

9.Automated Access

Unless expressly authorised by DARe, you must not use:

  • bots
  • crawlers
  • spiders
  • automated scripts
  • scraping tools
  • API calls
  • bulk extraction software

to access the platform.

10.Fair Usage

Professional subscriptions are intended for genuine business use.

We reserve the right to investigate excessive or abnormal usage that could affect the stability or availability of the platform.

Where necessary, we may introduce reasonable usage limits to protect the service for all users.

11.Reports

Property Intelligence reports are licensed to the purchasing customer only.

Reports must not be:

  • resold
  • redistributed
  • published commercially
  • incorporated into competing software
  • used to train AI models
  • supplied to third parties for commercial exploitation without written permission

12.Confidential Information

You must not upload information that you do not have the legal right to disclose.

Where confidential information is uploaded, you remain responsible for ensuring you have the necessary authority to do so.

13.Security Testing

You must not:

  • probe the platform for vulnerabilities
  • conduct penetration testing
  • attempt password attacks
  • exploit software vulnerabilities

without our prior written permission.

Responsible security disclosures are welcomed and should be reported directly to us.

14.Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe that you have:

  • breached this Policy
  • breached our Terms
  • acted unlawfully
  • compromised platform security
  • infringed our intellectual property
  • attempted to misuse the platform

Suspension may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or other users.

15.Investigation

We reserve the right to investigate suspected breaches of this Policy.

This may include:

  • reviewing account activity
  • preserving relevant records
  • cooperating with law enforcement where required by law

16.Reporting Misuse

If you believe the platform is being misused, please contact:
